UBER

 Uber teamed up with Strange Loop to tell the story of James and how every Chicago ride supports BAM’s youth mentorship program.

 Shot on the South Side of Chicago, this project was filmed in and around Dunbar High School, where Uber’s mentorship story between James and his mentor Jack came to life. Pre-production included intimate interviews with both subjects and extensive location scouting across the high school and nearby neighborhoods. Our team adopted a docu-style aesthetic to not only  capture authentic emotion but also to keep the crew small and agile, allowing for more spontaneous, natural moments. This approach created a film that feels intimate and introspective, while still maintaining the cinematic polish that defines our work.
